What You’ll Do As a Customer Care Account Manager You’ll be at the heart of our mission to serve and support our customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Building strong relationships with customers and following up on their needs. • Educating customers about insurance options through a needs-based, customer-first approach • Proactively problem solving to provide an exception experience when our customers need us most.

What We’re Looking For:  The ideal candidate is: • People-oriented with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). • Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems. • Excited to learn and utilize new tools and technology. •  Strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Enthusiast to meet customer needs along with striving to achieve team sales goals.
